The CEJN SafetyReel G2 hose reels expand the proven SafetyReel range with larger models designed for longer hose lengths and higher flow capacity. The retractable compressed air and water hose reels provide up to 30 meters of hose, a safe automatic retraction system, and reliable performance. With wall or ceiling mounted installation, the SafetyReel G2 hose reels are built for safety, durability, and efficiency in demanding industrial environments.

• Up to 30 meters hose length – extended reach for demanding applications. This versatile hose is designed for both compressed air and fluids.
• Viscosity brake function – the innovative Viscosity Brake delivers consistent, reliable performance while providing an unmatched operational lifespan.
• Improved latch function – the new auto-stop function, with its short built-in locking points, allows the hose to lock instantly whenever you stop pulling.
• Easy latch deactivation – the new SafetyReel makes latch deactivation very easy. Simply remove the side cover and lift the latch to a non-active position.
• Slow retraction for safety – strong brakes control the spring force for safe and slowed down retraction, ensuring workplace safety.
• Accurate hose guiding – the hose guiding ensures that the hose is securely rolled up in the casing without twists or kinks.
• Stop ball that prevents tripping accidents – the soft stop ball will collapse to minimise the risk of injuries and tripping accidents.
• Unrestricted flow saves energy – smart internal design ensures high flow with minimum pressure drop.
