CEJN open hose reels for foam cleaning are designed for applications where foam cleaning is part of daily operations. They are particularly suitable for the food and beverage industry as well as other environments where hygiene and easy cleaning are essential.

The reels are made of acid-proof stainless steel (AISI 316), making them well suited for demanding, humid and chemically exposed environments. The durable design and high-quality materials ensure a long service life even in heavy-duty use.

Hose

The reels are equipped with an FDA-approved NBR FOAM rubber hose, which provides excellent resistance to animal and vegetable fats as well as hot water. The smooth and flexible hose is easy to clean and suitable for demanding hygienic applications.

Ready-to-use solution

All reels are supplied with a feeding hose, providing a ready-to-use solution – simply add a ball valve nozzle and the system is ready for use.
