CEJN open hose reels in acid-proof stainless steel (AISI 316) are designed for particularly demanding environments where excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals is required. They are especially suitable for applications involving detergents, fats, salt or other corrosive substances.

These hose reels are an ideal choice for the food and beverage industry as well as other environments where high hygiene standards and frequent washdown are required. The durable design and high-quality materials ensure a long service life even in heavy-duty use.

Hose options

The reel is available with different hose options or without a hose.

The EU food-grade PVC hose has a smooth surface, is flexible and easy to clean, making it suitable for general use.

The FDA-approved NBR rubber hose provides good resistance to animal and vegetable fats as well as hot water, making it an excellent choice for demanding washdown applications.

Ready-to-use solution

Models with hose are supplied with a feeding hose, providing a ready-to-use solution – simply add a spray gun and the system is ready for use.
